Larry Dave established his practice in 2003 and quickly became known as one of Johannesburg's foremost labour lawyers. His reputation was built entirely on word of mouth — professional service and outstanding outcomes for every client.
In 2010, Rene Kyriakou established her own commercial and conveyancing practice in Rosebank, serving major corporate clients for nearly eight years. In 2017, the two practices merged to form LDA Incorporated — combining deep labour law expertise with commercial law, litigation, and conveyancing capability under one roof.

Admitted attorney of the High Court with 24 years of experience. Member of the South African Society of Labour Lawyers and the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law.
